We were worried about the location, but it turned out to be great, close to the metro, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large, we stayed five adults, and it had a kitchenette, fridge, and dishwasher—very nice. The downside was that the beds were a bit small for two people, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable; a mattress on top would have helped. The room felt a bit dated, but it was excellent for the price and suitable for five people. Breakfast was sufficient and surprising, but there was a long queue to enter, which felt unpleasant. They gave us $15 per day for snacks, but it was per room, not per guest, and it was a shame they didn’t tell us it was per calendar day, not per hotel booking day—so we missed a day and couldn’t get it afterward. Overall, the service was decent and I would recommend it.

The location is very good, close to the World Trade Center, and the hotel is well connected. It offers free laundry service.

Super location, friendly reception staff, and a great room for 5 people which kept the cost affordable. Loved the free washing machine usage and the small but perfectly adequate gym. The free breakfast was pretty decent and plentiful. I never saw all 3 lifts working leading to very long waits at rush hour (like when you’re trying to get to work on time). Also housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - some days very good, then the day I really wanted the room cleaned as I had friends joining me, my room was missed completely
