“Good, very close to the metro”
The staff were very helpful and supportive, yet the room is large but a little old and the property shows its age, though overall it was fine.

The location wasn’t great because it was far from the station, but it was only a 10‑minute walk; the hotel itself was super, modern, and excellent value, and the breakfast was good, though it was a bit far from public transport.

The location and facilities were nice, perfect for families with kids, and the breakfast featured authentic Shanghai dishes.

The place was very clean and easy to stay in, and the staff kindly arranged a taxi to the airport when I left. No negatives.
