The staff were friendly and helpful, the boat was clean, and it was nice that they provided dish soap, toilet paper, towels, and hand towels. The missing items were simply not a problem. It was great that there was free access to toilets on land. The downside was that the water from the land showers smelled; I’m not sure if that was the river water itself.
