The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Chitwan National Park and nearby restaurants, and we were lucky enough to spot rhinos. The staff are very helpful, it’s good value, and they offer free breakfast.

The spot was great, the safari guide Rom was excellent, the AC worked well, and the food was good. Nothing else to complain about.

The pool and the location were positives. However, our room smelled like cigarettes, the fan didn’t work in the first room, and the charger didn’t work in the second room.

I stayed in a room that was not clean, the staff were unfriendly, the TV was broken, the AC made weird noises, the kettle didn’t heat, the bed was dirty and the towels were dirty. Everything was bad.
