The spot was closer to public transport, but the breakfast was a mess—lots of leftovers and a few staff members seemed to bag most of the food. We booked for three, yet only two sets of towels were supplied. In room 313 the basin plug stayed stuck for days even after we reported it, so we couldn’t use the basin for most of our stay. The shower and bath temperature was hard to control.

“This hotel was definitely not worth what they charged even if everything else had been acceptable.”

The location fit our needs, but we were hit with construction right next to our room. We paid over $475 a night and weren’t told about the work when we booked. A note in the elevator said construction would run 9am‑5pm Monday‑Friday, yet it started at 8am Saturday and was noisy. An adjacent room’s window faced our balcony, and the previous night’s food was still out in the lobby on Saturday morning. All of this made the hotel feel like a 2‑star place.

“DISAPPOINTED”

The room was big, but the noise level was high, the staff were unpleasant, and the furniture was dusty. The TV was outdated and unusable, the bed made a lot of noise, and there were many fruit flies in the bathroom.

“Stressful.”

One of the reservationists was very nice - Michael. We had to check out early since we had an unexpected death in the family. Cancelling our room and our daughter's room was extremely difficult. We were told it was all taken care of, and then received calls that they noticed we were not in our room. They said we would get refunded and get an email, but neither of those things happened. With the stress of our situation and less than adequate staff knowledge, the experience was very stressful
