The rooms were clean and nice, but the hotel advertised wheelchair accessibility, so when I filtered for wheelchair‑friendly options I expected a lift and no extra steps, yet I was assigned a first‑floor room and had to haul my wheelchair up. After several calls the issue was resolved, but the hotel is otherwise tidy and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel and rooms look good, the beds are comfortable although the pillows are unusually thick and take some getting used to. We rode our bikes and were allowed to leave them in the lobby, which was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast could use some improvement.

Cleanliness and a cozy bed were positives; for the breakfast price, fresh rolls were expected instead of reheated ones, and scrambled eggs—these are advertised on the website under breakfast.

Everything was top; only the pillows were not comfortable.
