Cleanliness, location and breakfast. Not enough space.

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and very polite, making it a perfect spot to relax; however, there was no play area for kids to play with a ball, and the bicycles were present but not suitable for use.

Everything was wonderful: the breakfast was excellent, the staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and the animals were adorable—truly an amazing experience, though that’s also the only negative point.

The staff were excellent, the location was great, the breakfast was good, the setting felt family‑friendly, and fellow guests were friendly, but the chalet we were given, even though we were four people, had a balcony table for only two and just one lounge chair; the bunk bed had a broken frame and swayed a lot, and the pool remained cold even with the temperature above 30 degrees.
