The location was excellent, but the food service staff were very few, causing uncomfortable situations, and the total breakfast cost did not match the room charges.

Very nice property with a good location, yet everything was good.

The location was good, but parking was limited and the hotel refused to honor the 10% discount on the food bill that was committed in writing, even after showing my booking confirmation; an 18% GST was added to the food, which took ages to cook.

The location and staff behavior were very good, and the food was super.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness, building construction, food service, and room interiors were all poor, making it not worth the money.
