Good location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a great buffet breakfast.

The staff were friendly and the food was good; when I requested a room change they obliged, though the only downside was the lack of ketchup in the morning.

The hotel was extremely tidy and clean, with helpful and courteous staff.

The ground‑floor pool was great, but the rooftop one was tiny and the whirlpool was on the first floor. The beach nearby (Calo Sant Antoni is prettier than the Grande) was close, and the breakfast was very well stocked. My room was really small, and the bed didn’t feel like a 4‑star – a metal slatted frame with springs and a 140/190 size – yet I slept well and the room was clean with a pleasant bathroom.
