The host was very friendly and responsive. During our stay, the room was cleaned several times. The location is fantastic—10 minutes to the city center, the bus stop, and the train station. The only issue was the thin walls that let everything through, which was annoying.

The hotel is about a 15‑minute walk from the train station and the city center. Frau Allessandra was very friendly. The accommodation is essentially a large apartment with rooms rented separately, which means the noise level rises when other guests slam doors or talk. The room doors have glass inserts that are partially darkened by blinds, but whenever someone walks down the corridor the lights turn on, waking you with both noise and sudden brightness. It’s tolerable for one night with earplugs, but we didn’t find the room cozy, and the view from the window—looking into a light shaft with junk in the ground floor—is not great. We didn’t feel comfortable there.

The proximity to the historic center and the botanical garden is great. The owner is accommodating, and we could use several of the on‑site services. No particular issues.
