The shared kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, and oven, while a dining area and fishing opportunities enhance the stay. Nearby, the Museu dos Baleeiros is a 4‑minute walk away.

The welcome was very friendly, the place is nicely located and decoratively charming, and the shared kitchen is well equipped. The room was a little small and offered little storage.

The accommodation sits right on the promenade in Lajes, making it a superb base for excursions; the Natural Pools are within walking distance. The hosts greeted us warmly and gave many island and town tips. The communal kitchen is well fitted. The room has a window overlooking Pico, a modern bathroom, and there are plenty of parking spots nearby. The room is fairly small with limited luggage space, and on hot days the air‑conditioning is absent, though a fan was proactively provided.

The place is amazing in terms of location, architecture and design, as well as general infrastructure. In that hot and humid climate, not having AC is what makes me not giving it a 10.too warm during the night
