The proximity to Shin Osaka train station was fabulous – only a three‑minute walk. The room was hot when we arrived, so I had to report it for the air conditioner to be turned on. I had requested a non‑smoking room, yet there was a noticeable smoke smell in the hallways. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights.

The staff here were super friendly, which made up for the less-than-great sleeping experience. The room itself was spotless, but unfortunately, the beds were ridiculously thin and uncomfortable, and the pillows were rock-hard. I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring, but it was a total letdown.

The hotel's proximity to the station is a huge plus, and the spacious rooms are a great value for the price. It's a no-brainer.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the room was sparkling clean. The whole place had a really comfortable vibe, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel's location was perfect – it was literally a stone's throw from the train station, which made getting around a breeze. The room itself was cozy and quiet, and the layout was great for a small family like mine. My only gripe was that the corridor outside my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, which was a bit of a bummer since I'd booked a non-smoking room.
