The place isn’t reachable by car. The air smells bad because of a nearby piggery. There’s no parking; you must park by the church and pay P100, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. If you have a lot of stuff, that’s a real hassle. There’s no entertainment in the room—no TV, no Wi‑Fi. Ants swarm the room and over the bed. We intended to have coffee on the upper floor, but they’re burning trash, so smoke fills the dining area.

The spot’s fairly decent, but the cleanliness is questionable. The location is definitely great for first‑time visitors to Sagada, though the cleanliness doesn’t match the money we paid.

The spot was great and the bed was comfy, but there was no gear, hardly any interaction with the host, and the breakfast that was listed on the description never arrived. The price felt outrageously high for what was offered.

Getting there by car is impossible; the Google Maps route doesn’t exist, yet the staff guide you when you get there. The place sits in a quiet area and you can walk to the main road in under two minutes. The room and bathroom were plain, and the cleaning could use a boost.
