This guesthouse is within a 3-5 minute walk to Taipei Arena and features a tour desk. Breeze Centre and Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT Station are a 10-minute walk away, with Taipei 101, Taipei Train Station, and Taipei Songshan Airport within a 10-minute drive.

Communication and late checkout (paid) was on top. I had a bloodstain on the bedsheet, there was a personal item from a previous guest next to the mattress, the floor outside of the showers where very wet even though there was an elevated mat, overall not very clean

I loved the night view outside; seeing the cars’ lights at night was beautiful, and during the day the school students looked so energetic; all the nearby facilities were convenient, and the adjacent Baoya shop made shopping easy. The downside was the lack of coordinated parking and the parking fee was a bit high; the bed was a standard double, not extra wide, so it wasn’t very spacious.
