The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was super comfortable; I enjoyed everything about the hotel. I only found a bit of dust behind the bed, which bothered my asthma, and could hear some noise from the room next door, but since it’s a historic building that wasn’t a problem for me.

It’s convenient to the downtown old colonial area, but the address is hard to locate among the old colonial homes.

The hotel sits close to historic Williamsburg, and I could use the main Inn’s dining, bar, and swimming pools. The smaller house, however, was dark and had an unpleasant smell.

The location was ideal for walking around Colonial Williamsburg, and parking was included anywhere in CW. My room had decent upgrades and was very clean—great if all you need is a bed and bath. I did miss an in‑room microwave, and a breakfast discount would have been nice. The noise from the hallway, neighboring rooms, and outside was louder than in a typical hotel, and the room was on the smaller side.
