The rooms were spacious, tidy, and the amenities were solid; the staff and manager were very helpful and addressed every complaint I raised. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance needed improvement— the bathroom lock was broken, the shower had no cold water until they fixed it later, and the housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room even after I asked.
