The staff were genuinely friendly and the location couldn't be better, with a gorgeous view to boot. Unfortunately the room itself was a mess – the floor hadn't even been mopped, the sheets smelled off, and the mattress was way too soft to sleep on. On top of that, the windows were so grimy you couldn't see anything outside.

The sea‑view room was exactly what I wanted, and the staff were always ready to help; food was tasty and the pool view added a nice touch. The bed could've been firmer and the air‑conditioning struggled a bit in the spacious room, but it didn't ruin the trip. I'll be back.
