A magnificent old stone mas. The park is a serene, historic spot with superb trees where, for a moment, I felt like a countess.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and the food simple yet good, and the local wine list was surprisingly excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. The pool looked less inviting in October, and there was no shower, only a bathtub with a shower head.
