Everything else was fine, except the room. The facilities listed as amenities were not functional: I had to request towels, the fan regulator was broken, two bulb holders had no bulbs, only one of three tube lights worked, there was no blanket, the sliding window door on the small balcony was broken, no door mat or mat outside the bathroom, and the TV was present but not working. These issues were advertised as part of the hotel's amenities but did not work properly.

There were no facilities at all, and the experience was terrible. The road to the hotel was in very poor condition, and the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. They even asked for tips directly and charged excessive amounts for basic requests. The rooms were extremely dirty, smelled bad, and were poorly maintained. The beds had stains, the wardrobes were filthy, hangers were broken, the bathrooms were unclean, and there was no TV in any room. When I complained to the manager, he simply said, “The hotel is like this.” I strongly recommend everyone to check the room carefully before making any payment.
