Central location, spotless room, easily accessible with codes, and a beautiful view of the harbor. The outlets didn’t work and didn’t charge phones except in the bathroom, and the Wi‑Fi was weak.

Great spot if you need to head to the station the next day. I never received access details for the property after following the instructions from Booking or using the phone numbers on the hotel’s website; no reply all afternoon on check‑in day. I finally got through to a Booking emergency line and received the check‑in link. The hotel’s service was terrible, and the toilet tablet was broken.

Nice room, close to the center. Very disappointing overall. For days we tried to contact both the property and the host to extend our stay in the same room and pay the extra amount, but nobody answered. We ended up making a separate reservation for three more nights and asked to link the two, yet again no response for days. This caused problems with our belongings and the check‑in/check‑out on the day, issues that could have been avoided with proper coordination. On top of that, we were charged extra tourist taxes even though the listing said all taxes were included. Those extra fees weren’t disclosed before booking, which was unexpected. The cleaning lady was the only person who actually tried to help; she called and did her best to resolve the situation, and we’re grateful for that. The rooms themselves were nice and clean, but the bathroom sink was clogged or faulty throughout our stay, making daily use difficult. We reported it, but no action was taken. The main problem was the complete lack of communication, transparency, and willingness to fix issues. The customer service feels unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional now. Overall, a very frustrating experience that could have been avoided with proper communication, timely assistance, and clear information about extra charges before booking.
