BEDS HAD BLACK BUGS/CRUMBS???? ALL OVER IT CAUSING US TO ASK FOR A TOP SHEET TO COVER THE BED AND WE SLEPT ON TOP. NO HOT WATER
“I stated a different hotel. Had to pay there to stay there. I can’t afford to pay for two hotels. Please reimburse me as”
I didn’t stay there. I stayed at a different hotel in Hiawatha. There was a mixup when I booked our stay and that I was trying to say in Hiawatha, but ended up with a man City reservation. I paid for it in advance and we didn’t stay there and I haven’t received my money back yet. I never saw it the reservation
The breakfast was very good. We HATED the check in. It was a guy on a television screen. He was very nice but his English was not good and the process took way too long!!!!! My husband and I swore we’d never again stay at a place who used that kind of check in!!!!!
