Breakfast offered a very large selection that was constantly restocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. Every day there was entertainment, aqua gymnastics, hiking tours and more. Absolutely nothing to criticize, it was perfect.

The location below the Fichtelberg was the best. There was occasional heavy traffic at dinner (buffet) from bus companies.

The service was attentive, the breakfast was great, and the location was good.

Breakfast was fine, service at the bar was good, and the location was convenient. Room service was lacking; it should only run every other day and then be fully executed. Hair wash supplies were not refilled, the bottle was empty. Floors were not cleaned, no dusting. Windows had not been cleaned for weeks. One pillow had blood stains and was not replaced. Coffee and tea were not refilled.

The pool was new and very nice. More staff were needed during meals. Room cleanliness was an issue. The long corridor to the pool was unpleasant, smelled strongly of exhaust, and felt like a long impersonal tube. Some staff were very dedicated. In an emergency during the stay, none of the staff could help.
