The staff were all very friendly, the place is super quiet and clean, and the food is excellent. Everything was 10.

The room, the facilities, the garden‑pool, and the breakfast were all great. The only downside was that the parking entrance was outside the hotel.

The stay was excellent: the facilities, the cleanliness, the unbeatable staff, the very comfortable mattresses, fully equipped rooms, great Wi‑Fi signal, the pool was super clean, the garden beautiful, and the area very quiet. The only issue was that the parking price at check‑out didn’t match the price when we booked.

The hotel is excellent, the location is unbeatable in Pichincha, close to bars, restaurants, a few blocks from Bv. Oroño and the river, and the parking, park, and pool are great. The breakfast is very complete and I highly recommend it. Nothing negative.
