Hotel Orion Centrally near North Goa & Panjim

Breakfast and courtesy were good, but the rooms don’t look too elegant.

“Very comfortable, centrally located and value for money”

The staff at Orion Hotel were truly exceptional, with Gurudutt, Preetam, and Deepak at reception, Atmaram and Tajuddin at the restaurant, and the room service and housekeeping teams all going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The hotel's central location, between Mapusa and Panjim, made it easy to get around, but I think it would be great if they added some non-veg options to the breakfast menu to cater to all guests.

“Warm and helpful staff”

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible, which was really appreciated. They were exceptional and truly made the difference in our experience.

“Great staff”

The staff at this hotel were warm and welcoming, making it a great base for exploring Goa, especially with the highways nearby. However, the building of the highway outside has made the area quite dusty and polluted, which was a bit of a shame.

“Good and bad (see my report above)”

The hotel's location was fantastic, with everything we needed just a short walk away. However, the toilet was in a pretty sorry state, with black mold underneath and in the centre, which was disgusting. I ended up having to buy cleaning supplies to try and make it habitable, and the door was also a bit of a problem, getting stuck and requiring the staff to come and rescue us. It was a bit frightening, to be honest.
