The rooms were satisfactory, the dinner and breakfast were good, and the staff were very courteous.

“unerwartet, aussergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer 5. Ein muss!”

Room 5 under the roof turned out to be the best surprise! Access was like a penthouse from the elevator, the room spanned two floors—above was the bathroom, below a full kitchen, living and sleeping area. The bed was huge, and the room offered a panoramic view of the city. Great layout! We only used the basement restaurant for breakfast, and as usual it was difficult to find vegan options; only tomatoes, cucumbers, a pepper spread, and a cereal mix were available. The kitchen staff were very friendly and helped get soy milk. There’s a lot of potential for improvement here.

“Could be better”

The staff were friendly, the bathroom was clean, but the single rooms were narrow and the pillows were the same.

The location is in the city centre, but the bathroom in our room was a nightmare – when you wash, the whole bathroom floods with water. We stayed on floor 0 and heard a lot of noise, and the parking space was a bit tricky.
