Staff is friendly and supportive. Price is little expensive

Everything was of exceptional quality: all the staff, the food, the cooking lessons with the chef, the various massages, and the lake view created a magical experience. The highlight for us was the yoga teacher Sourabh, whose sessions were among the best we’ve ever had. A few small problems in the room were promptly addressed and solved.

I stayed near Arambol beach and the food was great, but the rooms were just basic with plastic chairs and a creaky bed. There was zero attention from the doctors; you have to tell them what treatment you want. Massages were mostly sloppy and uncomfortable.

The location was fine, but the food left something to be desired and the AC fridge was broken. The bathroom didn’t meet expectations.
