The spot is right in the heart of town, absolutely perfect! The only downside was that there’s no air‑conditioning, it was really noisy, and the front desk was empty.

The location was quiet, but it shouldn’t be called a hotel because it isn’t that. The staff seem unaware that we paid a high price for our stay and expected something entirely different. Breakfast was awful, the bread was moldy, so we had to bring our own, yet the room lacks kitchen equipment so we couldn’t boil an egg, for example. There were no mugs or glasses in the breakfast room; you had to bring them from the room. The beds were horrible, the cleaning was poor, and no cleaning occurred during our four nights. The room had no air conditioning and the air quality was very bad. The reception staff really need a charm course.

The location is central, close to the train station, the pedestrian zone and the museums, and the room is cozy with a kitchen. The room gets very hot because it faces the sun; a fan would have been a good addition.
