The service was top‑class, the rooms were spotless, and the entertainment made the stay unforgettable – everything was just gorgeous and the food was spectacular 👌 We’ll definitely come back because we loved it so much, thanks a ton for everything. The bed was the best I’ve ever had, the mattress was amazing and made waking up a pleasure. The only downside was that there were only three elevators, one was broken, another was a service lift that only served one floor and you had to wait a long time to use it. Apparently this has been the case for over a year, and people who stay every year told us about it.

“Hygiene and cleanliness needs work”

The best thing about this place was the staff, they were a friendly and helpful and amazing to us as travellers. It wasn’t clean or hygienic enough and two out of three of us left with food poisoning or norovirus. Also the older French guests here were rude to us as young British late 20 year old guests

“No es hotel para españoles. ¡Una pena!”

The proximity to the coves was great, and the Spanish receptionists and waiters were friendly. However, the animators only spoke French to serve French guests, and the rest of us were ignored. The pool activities were terrible because they only spoke French, sang French songs, and even the night shows were repetitive and aimed solely at French guests. We didn’t know that this hotel was a mass destination for French people and that the staff forgot we were in Spain.

The location is excellent in front of a beautiful cove, the staff is very kind, and the room is spacious with a sea view. The food quality varies.
