The breakfast could use an upgrade: hot drinks are very limited or extra, no cakes, only one type of bread. The variety at breakfast was lacking and the dust in the room was not great.

The design is beautiful. The view did not match the description; I booked a villa with a full lake view but it turned out to be a partial view, and I paid extra to switch to a larger villa for a full view. The breakfast had limited options, which was fine.

I had questions before arriving and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The woman who gave us a tour seemed to enjoy her job and the hotel. The manager grew up in the area, so it was nice to chat with him. We had drinks in the hot tub and the staff made sure to start the sauna so it was hot for us. Nothing we disliked, just a few suggestions: add a couple more hooks in the room for hanging robes and towels; the bathroom hooks ran out. The slip‑on sandals for the hot tub were a good idea, but all our feet were too small – a few smaller pairs would help. A bit more alcohol in the drinks would be nice; they are pricey but didn’t taste like alcohol.
