The breakfast was lovely and the location was great, close to the baths, but the pool wasn’t working and I had to find out when it was actually open because I went there specifically for the pool. The only thing I didn’t like was that I went for the pool and it wasn’t available.

The hospitality was excellent, the staff were courteous and eager to help with any need. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful, and it was definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited.

1. The noise from neighboring tenants and external traffic was excessive, making it impossible to sleep even for a minute. 2. The receptionist was rude and arrogant. 3. The gym had restrictions: you couldn’t use equipment before 9 am to avoid disturbing other guests. (Ironically). 4. The swimming pool had been emptied the day before we arrived. 5. Breakfast was very disappointing.

The breakfast the next morning was really good and the staff were very friendly, everything was in order, and I would love to stay again.
