“Never staying there again!”
I had to check out early because the elevator key‑card system kept failing to recognise my room key, so I had to return to the lobby and get it reprogrammed by the front desk multiple times, which was frustrating. The housekeeping left a dirty cleaning cloth on top of my luggage the first time, and the next time the table I’d eaten on the previous evening was still covered in food residue and crumbs. I also had Wi‑Fi problems; when I called the front desk, they told me how to connect using my room number and surname—something I already knew—and then, after confirming a Wi‑Fi issue, they just ended the call without offering help. The music from the restaurant upstairs played the same song on a loop, which was very disruptive, especially during a phone call with my wife who could hear it repeatedly; I even spoke directly to the restaurant staff over speakerphone, but they just laughed. This went on for all four nights, and despite asking for the music to be changed or lowered, nothing changed. At the downstairs restaurant, I was seated at an empty table, ordered my food, and while looking at the drinks menu a group of five arrived; the staff asked me to move so the group could use my table, which felt uncomfortable and disappointing. I understand restaurants need to accommodate larger groups, but I expected a more professional handling of the situation.
