The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness was poor, the place looked neglected, and a restyling or at least proper maintenance is needed for both the appearance and the functioning of the climate and accessories.

The spot is great, just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, and the front desk staff were very friendly and polite. They let me in before the official check‑in time. I’ll come back. The only issue was a little dampness on the walls, but it didn’t bother me.

The staff were very courteous, the location is convenient, and the value for money is solid. The only downside was the absence of an elevator.

The air conditioning worked fine, the room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. I was disappointed that I wasn’t told there was no elevator, which made reaching the 5th floor a hassle.

The location was good. The bathing place was not good.
