“Serious Service Issues”

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it was a disaster from start to finish. The location was perfect, but that's where the positives ended. We ordered two juices that were clearly past their prime, and to make matters worse, we were charged for them. To top it all off, the receptionist tried to charge us the full room price again when we checked out, despite us having paid in full. We had to show them our receipts multiple times before they finally let us leave.

“Hotel bom”

The room was spacious and had a great shower, and the breakfast was decent. However, the cleaning of the room was subpar, with mold on the walls.

The shower was decent, and the room was spacious, which was a plus. However, our sleep was repeatedly disrupted by a staff member who knocked on our door at 12:30am to deliver our laundry. She then proceeded to push past us and turn on all the lights, which was infuriating. To make matters worse, when we paid for the laundry the next day, we discovered that they had tried to overcharge us by adding non-existent items.

We were really impressed by the staff's warm welcome and eagerness to help with our requests. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the location was convenient, not far from the airport. However, the food was a letdown, and we had to ask for towels multiple times. The lack of hot water on our second night was also a major issue. To make matters worse, we spotted a mouse scurrying around on the third floor, and the air conditioning was unresponsive. Overall, it was a mixed bag.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities were spotless, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was also top-notch. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
