The accommodation was basic, a short walk from the metro stop gave great access, but expect old furnishings and street noise since it’s on the main road without soundproofing.

The reception was helpful, but the hotel sits on a noisy junction and the patio doors won’t close. The shower lacked a curtain and a showerhead holder, and there was black hair on the floor. I wasn’t sure if the bedsheets were clean, and the whole place smelled of food and decay. It was so noisy it felt like 1980s Athens, yet it cost €227—a dump.
