Overall a good lodge. We stayed in the older, therefore cheaper standard rooms, which are spacious and clean. The bathroom is not up to date. The photos mainly show the newer part of the lodge, which is quite good. The lodge is suitable for a night before or after a flight, located well south of Windhoek in the “wilderness”. Beautiful game drive, you can also walk (about 20 m away) to a nice hide at a waterhole. A small waterhole right in front of the terrace with some wildlife directly on the terrace (not dangerous). Dinner is served as a 3‑course menu, no choice. Dinner and breakfast were good, the ordered lunch à la carte was okay. The price‑performance ratio was rather poor compared to many other lodges in Namibia (too expensive for what is offered). It is a rather small lodge. Because of the price our expectations were too high. I would not order the fried fish again; it should be removed from the menu.
