Staying at Corner Farm for four days was a delight—Tony and Jane were brilliant hosts, welcoming, friendly and always ready to help; everything stayed spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely unforgettable. We even managed to sneak the homemade granola recipe and have made it twice at home! Thanks again, Tony & Jane, for an amazing stay; we’d love to return.

Everything about the place was loved: the room, bathroom, and sitting area were exceptional, the hot tub was simply wonderful, breakfast was amazing and I ate everything (not great for my waistline!), and the cake made for us was delicious. Nothing to add.

The location matched the advertising pictures perfectly, and the hot tub was a welcome bonus. Jane and Tony were helpful hosts who always answered questions, even about booking changes. It’s easy to walk from the house or drive to Southwold, and it’s great for any type of cycling. The room was very comfortable, and as others noted, the breakfast was excellent with flexible timing.
