I loved the location, the apartment’s cleanliness, and the communication with the managers. Unfortunately the elevator didn’t work, and the breakfast was very basic—just croissants—which felt too sparse for a first meal of the day.

“Excellent location, but the property needs some improvements”

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well but didn’t reach both bedrooms. The cleaning lady was kind and friendly. The check‑in was easy, but we only communicated with the owners via booking messages; the keys and breakfast tickets were left for us with a handwritten note, which felt unprofessional. The biggest issue was the elevator: advertised as present but non‑functional during our stay; we were told it had broken down shortly before arrival, though a neighbour mentioned it had been out of service for some time. This matters for older guests, those with mobility issues, or anyone staying on a higher floor. In my view, the property should not advertise an elevator without clearly informing guests if it’s out of service. The rooms are spacious with TVs, but the furniture and fittings feel quite poor; the mattresses seem old and in one bed we could feel the springs. The bathrooms were fine, though the shower is small and can be tight if you need more space. Amenities are scarce: there’s an iron and a coffee machine, but no fridge, which would help store food or drinks. We even had to move a bedside table from one room to another because otherwise, we’d have to put our things on the floor. There’s a jacuzzi, but we didn’t use it. The apartment looks modern in photos, but once you’re there, many finishes and details are low quality—for example, the bathroom door handle kept coming loose. The location is a strong point, but the property needs better maintenance and more attention to facility quality.

“Good value for money”

The place is in a great spot, close to all key sites. The staff responded quickly. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was served at a nearby bar, which was a plus; you could choose from a variety of croissants and sandwiches. Overall, if you want a good location and a decent room, this is the spot—nice value for money. However, we had a problem with the hot water and stayed without it for almost a day, which was a rough surprise after a whole day outside in the heat. The hairdryer also stopped every 20 seconds.
