The facilities are lovely and the staff is very friendly, but the air conditioning failed – not the hotel’s fault, as a strong storm had occurred the day before.

“Una pesadilla”

Nothing good. The cabins were in terrible condition: the cabin was dirty and dusty, the beds were in awful shape with animal droppings like mouse feces, the sheets were dirty and old, we got bites that felt like bed‑bug stings, there were large spiders and scorpions, and many other small animals – nature is fine, but fumigation should have been done because the risk of a venomous bite is real 🦂🦂🦂. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, there were a thousand mosquitoes so you can’t sleep, the windows had a thousand cracks and were neglected. For a nightly rate of $3500 pesos, more attention to overall cleanliness was expected; there were hairs and fur everywhere. I would never return.

“Excelente lugar”

This place is a real gem, with stunning scenery and a fantastic location. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their dog Celia is just as sweet as they are. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and enjoying the beautiful views.
