The front‑desk guy was incredibly kind and helpful, and his tips were very valuable for our stay; thanks for everything. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, all very clean, and we had two different rooms during our stay.

For a one star hotel the ok place was far above expectation. Friendly, very helpful reception, always at hand. They take pride in keeping the place clean, modern, fresh. I was concerned that the location outside the eastern side of the ring road could be a major problem to be able to enjoy Seville central area. But it turned out to be very different. Busses 10 min away take you in & from city regularily. I used #24 bus( Ponce de Leon to north Palmete). Also this location allowed me to enjoy local life, away from over sweet tourist spots , and superb food in plain local restaurants. The neighborhood was respectful and I felt 100% safe, at least as an older male
