Breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel team was very polite and helpful; thanks to João and Luis at reception for being cordial, educated, and extremely welcoming and attentive. Room Noah was beautiful, very clean, and faced the lake with ducks and a goose. If you want to connect with nature, stay here—you’ll walk around the hotel and see free‑roaming animals like ostrich, peacock, rabbit, birds, and African hen. The hotel offers many attractions for kids and adults. The Italian dinner was delightful, with pizzas made on the spot. I loved this hotel and we’re already planning to come back.

We loved everything! The staff were super polite and helpful, almost like a family! Everything was spotless and organized! The breakfast was super filling with all fresh items, flawless!
