“Short stay of one night - all fine.”
Convenient spot for strolling and a quick dip at Porth, and there’s a small café right in front—only one open, but still nice. Parking costs even in winter, which was a bummer. The caravan had three bedrooms, clean with decent décor, and a fairly big fridge for longer stays. The host was friendly and accommodating. However, you have to walk across grass to reach the steps and the caravan door, and there’s no decking anywhere, so rain or mud makes it messy. A car was parked against the end of the caravan below the bedroom window, which felt a bit intrusive. The caravan is well kept and has everything you need, but it’s not luxury—just a fitted caravan. I’ve stayed in places labeled luxury that offered extra features like decking, a garden area, or even a hot tub. The en‑suite sink wasn’t cleaned by the cleaner when we arrived; they probably missed it in their rush. The indoor pool was listed as open on the website, but it was on very reduced hours, so my boys were disappointed—the hours didn’t match our booking. We rushed to get there an hour before the pool closed on day one, but it had shut two hours earlier. Very disappointed, as that was a key reason we chose this spot.
