The room area is decent and the breakfast is fairly good, but the building entrance needs maintenance, paint and some wall repairs, the elevator had a broken mirror and looked unmaintained, and the floor had a few dirty spots.

The Primahotel is in a good spot, close to Estoril beach, but the elevators were not working.

Terrible. I did not stay. The hotel was in bad condition and needed repairs, it was not as shown in the photos, we did not stay and were charged, and the staff were dismissive when we arrived.

The location is beautiful. The room is okay. We’ll come back again. The hotel in general needs renovation work.
