The location is gorgeous right on the water with a fantastic view, and the breakfast was delivered to our apartment at the time we wanted. The hosts were extremely helpful, and the amenities were great. The rooms were a bit cold.

“Echt heel erg fijn!”

It was very spacious, with a beautiful view and every bedroom having its own bathroom. Nothing else to add.

The apartment was very nice and roomy, offering a stunning view of the well‑maintained garden and the lake, complete with its own boat dock and seating on the terrace right by the water. The bathroom was large and well‑equipped, featuring a hair dryer, shower gel, washcloths, and a rain shower. Fast Wi‑Fi was available, and parking was right at the property. There was a convenient and inexpensive P+R link to Groningen, just a 5‑minute drive away. The coffee machine supplied free coffee and tea, along with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper at no extra cost. A single appliance combined microwave, grill, and oven. The location was quiet, even though the house sits directly on the main road. The only downside was that the combined appliance could only handle one meal at a time, and there was no dishwasher.

“Beautiful view. Space inside and out”

The setting was lovely and the layout quite spacious. The view of the lake and all the wildlife around it was wonderful to see. We skipped the breakfast and instead bought groceries for dinner and breakfast at markets a few kilometres down the road. We didn’t know that you could rent water equipment like paddle boards; if we’d known, we might have taken advantage of that. There was a little noise from traffic on one side of the road, and the other side had the sound of lapping water and bird calls.

The garden and view were beautiful, even better than the photos. The B&B was spacious, and the new bathroom was very nice.
