The check‑in was quick and the breakfast was ordinary. The room was dirty with signs of wear; at first I thought it was the wrong category, but everything matched the description, just worn and even a few broken items. Definitely not worth €80 a night.

The room was clean, but everything felt pretty worn and dated. There was no friendly smile or caring attitude from the staff. Too bad for a 4‑star rating—what’s the point?

The hotel is easy to reach, in a central spot right on the riverbank. We’ve been here before. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The mattress springs are too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on them.

The location is superb! The staff are polite. The room stock is a bit old and needs some renovation. The bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, leaving a moldy smell that wasn’t very inspiring. And if you need firm mattresses, be careful with the choice, because the mattresses are very soft and not suitable for everyone’s backs.
