Hotel Prestige

Although the hotel had some redeeming qualities, such as hot water and friendly staff, its location was a major letdown. While it's situated midway between the mall road and other attractions, the narrow passage with many steps made it difficult for me to navigate, especially considering my knee pain. This made it a challenging experience for me, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility issues.

“Hotel prestige”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location, stunning views, and helpful staff. Pradeep, the receptionist, went above and beyond to organize a trip to Kufri at a reasonable price, which was a huge relief after dealing with some unscrupulous taxi drivers. The food was delicious, the room was spacious and clean, and the warm water in the bathroom was a welcome bonus.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly small, and to make matters worse, they didn't even provide the basic amenities like electrical appliances. The lack of ventilation in the room made it unbearable, and the balcony door was stuck shut due to mischievous monkeys that the hotel didn't bother to deter. To top it all off, I spotted a massive rat in the washroom, which was completely unacceptable.

“Not as advertised”

While the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, my stay was marred by several disappointments. The room I was given was nowhere near as luxurious as the photos suggested, and it definitely wasn't the superior room I had booked. To add insult to injury, the hotel failed to provide the advertised bathrobe and slippers, and the seating area was a joke. The bed linen was dirty, and I had to bleach and disinfect the bathroom before I could even think about using it.
