The atmosphere of the lodge was great, and at night the released owls were adorable; in the morning I could see them being fed, which was fun. One of the open-air baths overlooks a mountain river, making it very pleasant, while the other has a slightly poorer view. The facilities feel a bit dated overall, and a bit more upkeep would make it even better.

I was impressed by the hotel staff's exceptional customer service, which made my stay truly enjoyable. However, I couldn't help but notice that some areas of the hotel showed signs of aging, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, the staff's warm hospitality made up for the hotel's minor flaws, and I appreciated their efforts to make me feel welcome.

I had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a few issues. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, but the food was not what I expected from the online menu. Additionally, the bathroom sink in my room didn't work properly and the sliding door made a strange creaking noise when I tried to open it.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with a reasonable price and a beautiful surrounding area. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no pick-up service from the train station, making it difficult to find the location. Additionally, the room lacked a shower, and the reception staff wasn't available to answer phone calls after 11 pm. The food, while edible, was quite ordinary. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's unique character.
