Customer service was excellent. The place was very clean and well equipped. Check‑in was easy and access was straightforward. Barcelona is a bit overpriced and there’s an extra tax on top of the accommodation, but that isn’t related to Casa Jam.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay; the room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were absolutely fantastic and very welcoming. The location was perfect, well connected, and surrounded by plenty of lovely cafés, bars, and restaurants. The property itself was beautiful, welcoming, and very enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again.
