“Un havre de paix, entre pinède, port et plages”
The highlights: - Very good welcome (choice between two rooms and a handmade rose as a gift) - Human‑sized structure - Good location, close to the beaches (by foot or bike), the port and restaurants/shops - Clean and quiet room overlooking the pine forest - Kindness of the manager (Luca) and the efficiency of the waitress (Sarah) - Delicious and generous dishes - Quality wines - Very good value for money for the accommodation, as well as for the restaurant - Umbrella lending - Option to rent bicycles (the rental person brings them and takes them back)
The drawbacks: - The Wifi is very unstable in the room and in the common areas, and despite the two available networks, that’s the only major negative point. - The breakfast buffet is plentiful, but it does not vary from day to day (at the same time, we’re in a 2‑star place). - If you have an allergy or intolerance, there won’t be a substitute product on the buffet, but no problem, Luca will provide it upon request. - For late‑rising guests, if you haven’t gone down before 10 am, you risk finding the door closed because the barmaid (Rita) is also in charge of the rooms, which is why the bar closes. But not far away, there’s the bar Sotto le Stelle that offers a breakfast package.
