“eine Nacht reicht völlig”
The building layout is very spacious and the outdoor parking is illuminated at night. However, the location right next to a busy road fork, the somewhat unfriendly reception at 18:00, and the response to our dining request without a prior table reservation were disappointing.

The hotel looked very clean and cozy, and the menu featured some lovely dishes, although I didn’t eat there myself. Reception and check‑in were both excellent. The mattresses, however, were a disappointment – mine was extremely saggy, and the feather‑filled pillows and duvet felt outdated, plus there was only one pillow instead of the usual two (a standard and a slimmer one). A spider’s web with a spider was hanging on the wall, but otherwise everything was tidy.
A very nice estate. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant’s cuisine is good.

Nothing at all, especially compared with any booking site.
“Buiten incident wel ok.”
Breakfast is fine except the coffee, which is weak. The smoke alarm went off next to the neighbors and started to stink. I warned reception, but the man wasn’t going to get up; he first helped a customer. It took 10 minutes before he came to investigate and apparently we might have been right. He then leisurely returned to fetch the room key. After that he knocked, waited, and then entered without thinking about his own safety. The room was full of smoke; luckily opening the door didn’t spark an open flame. Towels were on the stove and completely turned to ash. There was no excuse to ask if we caused trouble in our room, nor was the culprit later notified. Only a few hours later could we get a drink from the house. In conclusion, the fire alarm isn’t centrally wired, no alert to reception, which the receptionist claims isn’t required. The receptionist had no safety training; otherwise he wouldn’t have simply walked in on a building with smoke. {risk of suffocation or fire ignition}
