“Pessima”
The host was cordial, but the road to get there on both the way out and back was awful. The path was heavily damaged, full of curves, visibility was low, and the GPS sent me on an even worse detour, costing me 200€ in tow‑service. Never again.

My boyfriend and I arrived after a week of trying to contact the owner. Once inside, we found ants everywhere and dirty sheets. The jacuzzi was spewing black bits of unknown origin. The road was practically impassable and unlit. We were stuck on the way, had no internet, and faced a sand and stone descent, so we had to call authorities. After all that, we didn’t even sleep there and had to return home. A truly unforgettable bad experience. The owner doesn’t even respond.

Esperienza pessima. Quel giorno pioveva a dirotto, tant'è che mi era stata data la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anche più tardi dell'orario previsto. Eppure, una volta arrivata lì: nessuno! Ho provato a chiamare la struttura più volte senza ricevere risposta, dalle 19 alle 20.30 mi sono trovata da sola nelle campagne di Sessa Aurunca, con la pioggia, la nebbia, la rete cellulare totalmente assente e nessuno che sapeva darmi delle indicazioni. La strada era impossibile da praticare a quell'ora eppure, non avendo ricevuto risposta, ho dovuto fare marcia indietro lungo tutto il tragitto e tornare a casa, perché la struttura non si era degnata di darmi spiegazioni sulla loro assenza e di certo non mi ritrovavo in una grande città che poteva offrirmi altre soluzioni. Anche il giorno dopo totalmente scomparsi. Fortuna che dopo una serie di peripezie sono riuscita a farmi rimborsare da booking. Esperienza degna di un film horror: state lontani!

The guard/handyman was very helpful and caring; the pool was tidy and lovely. The route to the property was very inconvenient, practically unusable with a low‑profile car, and there were few signs. Inside the room, a gecko stayed the whole stay. Walls were cracked; one towel was stained in several spots; pillows were quite hard and there were no extras. The TV remote was missing; one window door didn’t open; the toilet drain struggled to refill water; the bathtub drain plug didn’t work properly; the room wasn’t tidied daily, so towels weren’t changed, the bed wasn’t made, toilet paper wasn’t added, and the bin wasn’t emptied.
